Our Remote Consulting package will allow you to resolve any problem or doubt regarding everything that falls within the scope of CE marking and the safety of machinery or industrial plants
The service may request the sending of useful material for carrying out the consultancy
Technical questions
There is no limit to the questions and there is probably an answer for everything:
- Machine retrofit
- Already CE machine certification integrated by partly completed machinery
- Work equipment (machines before '96) All.V Legislative Decree 81-08 Art.70
- Design of systems and protections
- Technical files - CE declaration

In the case of a prepaid package of 8 hours of consultancy, it can be used within 1 year
At the end of each video call, a written memo will be drawn up via email
Each video call of less than 1 hour corresponds to a minimum of 1/2 hour

Per month (Annual fee)
One of our senior technicians will always be at your disposal to answer via e-mail questions relating to the application of the Product Directives of interest to you
Your questions will be answered within 24 hours
You can ask us up to 30 questions per year and if you are not satisfied you can call us as many times as you want (Don't overdo it!!!)
You will be provided with a specific email address to which you must write in order to use the service
