Services
Our Remote Consulting package will allow you to resolve any problem or doubt regarding anything related to CE marking and the safety of industrial machinery or plants.
The service may request the sending of material useful for the purposes of carrying out the consultancy
Technical questions
There is no limit to the questions and there is probably an answer for everything:
- Machine retrofit
- Certification of already CE machines integrated with partly completed machines
- Work equipment (machines before '96) Annex V Legislative Decree 81-08 Art. 70
- System and protection design
- Technical Files - CE Declaration
- Preliminary checks and final tests
- Management of non-EU export procedures

In the case of a prepaid package of 8 hours of consultancy, which can be used within 1 year
At the end of each video call, a written report will be drawn up via email.
Each video call of less than 1 hour corresponds to a minimum of 1/2 hour
Help Desk

Per month (Annual fee)
One of our senior technicians will always be available to answer any questions you may have via email regarding the application of the Product Directives of interest to you.
Your questions will be answered within 24 hours
You can ask us up to 30 questions per year and if you are not satisfied you can call us as many times as you want (Don't overdo it!!!)
You will be provided with a specific email address to which you will have to write in order to use the service
