I hereby inform you that the use of PPE is subject to the provisions of Article 78 of Legislative Decree 9 April 2008, no. 81, the contents of which are provided below:

1. undergo the training and instruction program organized by the employer regarding the correct use and practical application of PPE.

2. use the PPE made available in accordance with the information and training received and any training organised and carried out.

3. take care of the PPE provided and do not make any changes to it on your own initiative.

4. At the end of use, follow the company procedures regarding the return of PPE.

5. If such personal protective equipment presents defects of any kind, or causes any physical discomfort or impediment, these must be immediately reported to the employer or manager or supervisor, for prompt intervention.
