CONNECTION OF MV/LV ELECTRIC CABINS

SECTION E - GUIDE FOR CONNECTIONS TO THE ELECTRICITY GRID

This section aims to supplement the reference Technical Connection Rules (CEI 0-16 Standard) for the connection of active and/or passive systems to e-distribuzione MV networks with regard to requirements that: − are not explicitly addressed in the CEI 0-16 Standard; − are left to the Distributor's definition. In particular, the following aspects are addressed: − technical adaptations to the CEI 0-16 Standard; − general system requirements; − EMC requirements; − reactive energy exchange limits; − system verification, activation, and maintenance; − safety criteria; − declaration of suitability (for Customers who intend to participate in the regulation of outages); − storage systems.

SECTION G - TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF NETWORK SYSTEMS FOR HV AND MV CONNECTION

The design and construction of power lines must be carried out with reference to all the legal principles and standards that govern the construction of systems, including, in particular, the CEI standards already cited in the "References" section.

CONNECTION ACCESS MODE

  • "Authorization procedures" refers to all procedures implemented to obtain all administrative provisions necessary for the construction and operation of the grid connection facility, as well as the contracts establishing the related power line easements. Management of the authorization process is therefore aimed at obtaining:
  • authorization for the construction and operation of the grid connection facility;
  • all other administrative provisions required by law for the commencement of construction work on the aforementioned facility (e.g., authorization for soil tampering);
  • any necessary power line and/or substation easements.
