Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
Distribution of software, services, and data: pre-contractual, contractual, and tax activities necessary to establish commercial relationships, whether for consideration or not, between the Data Controller and the Data Subject.
Support for the use of software, services, and data: the Data Controller's support activities for the Data Subject in the use, operation, and improvement of the software, services, and data.
Direct marketing on software, services, and data: sending the Data Subject (via email, post, text message, telephone contact, newsletter) commercial communications and/or advertising material on software, services, and data produced by the Data Controller.
In order to achieve purposes 1) and 2), the processing of the interested party's personal data is necessary to:
the execution of a contract (license conditions for the use of software and services) to which the interested party is a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures;
fulfill the legal obligations to which the Data Controller and the Data Subject are subject.
Consent is required for the processing of the interested party's data relating to purpose 3).

The categories of data of the interested party are:
data provided knowingly and actively by the interested party: personal data and other similar contact data, data necessary for processing payments, data for support intervention;
data provided by the interested party during the use of software, services and data.

Categories of recipients of personal data
In order to achieve the processing purpose, the recipients of the interested party's data are, in addition to the Data Controller and its representatives, also companies that provide payment, financial, tax, marketing, printing, enveloping and shipping services.
Transfer of personal data
The Data Controller, under no circumstances, carries out or will carry out transfers of data subjects' data to any third country or international organization outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
Period of retention of personal data
The data processed is retained by the Data Controller for the period deemed strictly necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing. Furthermore, data processed for purposes 1) and 2) may be retained for a longer period to handle any disputes. Data processed for purpose 3) will be retained by the Data Controller from the moment the data subject provides consent until such consent is revoked.
Rights of the interested party
The interested party is granted the following rights:
right of access, i.e. the right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed and, where that is the case, to obtain access to it;
right to rectification and erasure, i.e. the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate data and/or the integration of incomplete data or the erasure of data for legitimate reasons;
right to restriction of processing, i.e. the right to request suspension of processing where legitimate reasons exist;
right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as the right to transmit the data to another data controller;
right to object, i.e. the right to object to the processing of data where there are legitimate reasons, including the processing of data for marketing and profiling purposes, if applicable;
right to contact the competent data protection authority in case of unlawful data processing.
Obligation to communicate personal data
For the pursuit of purposes 1) and 2), the provision of personal data is a legal and contractual obligation and a necessary requirement for the conclusion of a contract. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to carry out the activities envisaged for the aforementioned purposes.
